I can't believe it's the weekend before Thanksgiving. This holiday sure snuck up on me this year. We've got a crazy exciting weekend ahead of us, re-doing all of the plumbing in our kitchen and laundry room. Don't be too jealous. If we can finish it this weekend, we'll be right on schedule to have our electrical and plumbing inspection this month. Of course, nothing about this remodel has stuck to a schedule so far, so I'm keeping my expectations low. We'll see how it goes.

    1. Aw thanks! Any tips on hip opening? I have never been able to sit cross-legged before and I’m determined to finally master it.

Pigeon is my least favorite but it has definitely helped me make the most improvements (pose #4 on that list is a great modification, which I often still do) That squat position (#3) used to seem too simple to me, but I've noticed that I can stay in that position FOREVER and it gives me so much more flexibility.
