Happy Friday! I've been travelling for work this week, but Mark has been sending me updates of the snow at home. Snow! In Georgia! I'm bummed that I'm missing it, but I've had a great week seeing my coworkers, hanging out with my sister, and exploring my old college town. I'm excited to share a post on the trip soon! Hope you're weekend is cozy and warm, wherever you are.

Cell phones are probably killing us. Maybe. Possibly.

The Importance of Darkness: "These are the days our senses awaken and revitalize themselves. This season of darkness is when we focus less outward and more inward on caring for our whole selves in a way long sunny days never can allow us."

I just downloaded this app that tracks the amount of time you spend on your phone. A little frightened to see the results.
